Life Management Medicine combines different programs that all focus on addressing age-related health issues that can have an effect on and cause damage to the emotional and physical well-being of a person. Nothing can be done to prevent aging, however, a person does not need to suffer through the aging process. Dr. Jack Rowland and the team of dietitians, counselors and nurse practitioners who work at Cool Springs MD Chattanooga are dedicated to the belief that every person has a chance to not just minimize, but to actually reverse some of the more unpleasant effects brought about by the aging process. They believe people can do this by creating a new mindset and having a new approach to vitality. Life Management Medicine starts and ends with the individual.
